2004 Wilfred Broussard Award

In 2001, Mr. Clyde Webb was recognized by the Louisiana Association of Child Welfare and Attendance Personnel  (LACWAP) as the Outstanding Person of the Year. Mr. Webb was presented the 2001 Wilfred Broussard Award, the highest award given by the Louisiana Association of Child Welfare and Attendance Personnel, for his outstanding service to the Louisiana Association of Child Welfare & Attendance Personnel and children of Louisiana. 

The International Association for Truancy and Dropout Prevention (IATDP) recognizes the importance of Child Welfare and Attendance Supervisors in the prevention of truancy and school dropouts; and therefore, wishes to recognize Mr. Clyde Webb for his outstanding service in the state of Louisiana.  Mr. Webb has been a role model during his years as Child Welfare and Attendance Supervisor.  We recognize Mr. Webb’s service to the state of Louisiana and wish to congratulate him for receiving the 2001 Wilfred Broussard Outstanding Person of the Year Award.
